FicharPyme is a Spanish service governed by Spanish law. The terms of service below are published in Spanish only, and the Spanish text is the binding one.
Three different things on one page: who is behind this site, what happens to your data when you visit it, and on what terms the service is contracted.
They are written to be understood. If something isn't clear, ask us before you sign, not after.

What this site is for
FicharPyme.es is the informational site for FicharPyme, Higaltor Technics' working-time record service. It explains what the service does, what it costs and how it is contracted. It is not the application: the application lives at a different address and you sign in to it with an account.
Who owns the content
The text, images and logo on this site belong to Higaltor Technics. You are welcome to quote and link to them — we like it, in fact—; what you may not do is present them as your own or use them to sell something else.
Links to other sites
This site links to the BOE, the Spanish official gazette, and to a few other official sites. We are not answerable for what they say or for whether they keep working; we link to the source so you can check what we claim, which is what we are answerable for.

Privacy of this website
This policy is about this site, which does very little. The application's policy is a separate thing and comes with the product, because that is where your staff's data actually is.
What this site does not do
- It has no form. There is not a single field to type into.
- It sets no cookies. None at all, not even “technical” ones.
- It has no analytics, neither ours nor anyone else's.
- It has no database.
- It requests nothing from third parties. Not even a typeface: they are served from this same domain. Your visit reaches nobody else.
What does get logged
The same as on any web server: the IP address a page is requested from, the date, and which page was requested.
It exists so the server keeps running and so an attack can be noticed. That log overwrites itself as it fills up; we keep no history of it, we cross-reference it with nothing, and we don't use it to work out who you are.

- On what legal basis
- Legitimate interest in keeping the service standing and protecting it — article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR—.
- If you email us
- We process it to reply to you, and for whatever follows if we end up working together. We don't use it to send you advertising and we don't pass it to anyone.
- Where the servers are
- In the European Union. There are no international data transfers.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. They are exercised by writing to administracion@higaltor.com.
- And if we don't answer you properly
- You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD. We would rather you told us first, but it is your right and it is written here.

Why this part is in Spanish
The terms of service are published in Spanish only, and that is deliberate: a translated contract is five texts that can disagree, and only one of them can be the binding one. If there is anything you don't understand, ask us and we will explain it.
Lo que contratas, lo que cuesta, cuánto dura y qué pasa el día que lo dejes.
- Qué se contrata
- El uso de FicharPyme para una empresa, con todas sus funciones y sin límite de empleados, de centros de trabajo ni de informes. No hay planes ni módulos: lo que ves es lo que hay.
- Cuánto cuesta y cómo se paga
- 200 € al año más IVA, por empresa y con cualquier número de empleados. Se paga una vez al año, por adelantado y con factura. No hay domiciliación que se renueve sola sin que te enteres.
- La prueba, antes de pagar
- Se da acceso para probar sin límite de tiempo, sin tarjeta y sin cuenta atrás. Durante la prueba no hay nada que pagar ni nada que cancelar: si no nos dices que sigues, no sigues.
- Si alguna vez sube el precio
- No prometemos que no suba nunca — nadie puede—. Lo que sí nos comprometemos es a avisarte antes de que te toque renovar, con el precio nuevo por escrito y a tiempo de decidir si sigues. Nunca te vas a enterar de una subida abriendo la factura.
- Cuánto dura, y cómo se deja
- Un año, y se renueva si lo renuevas. Para dejarlo basta con decírnoslo: no hay permanencia, ni penalización, ni un formulario escondido para darse de baja.
- Y el día que lo dejes, tus datos siguen siendo tuyos
Al darte de baja, tu empresa entra en cierre y durante 30 días tus datos siguen enteros y te los puedes descargar: el registro completo, en formato legible por máquina y en hoja de cálculo, con la huella de cada fichaje para poder contrastarlos después.
Pasados esos 30 días se borra la base de datos de tu empresa, y es irreversible. Lo decimos así de claro porque es tu responsabilidad descargarte lo que la ley te obliga a conservar cuatro años.
- La obligación del registro sigue siendo tuya
- FicharPyme es la herramienta con la que cumples; no asume tu obligación. Y como tratamos datos de tu gente por encargo tuyo, antes de empezar se firma un contrato de encargo del tratamiento — el del art. 28 del RGPD—. Va con el producto, y sin él la empresa no se activa.
- Qué no te prometemos
- Un porcentaje de disponibilidad ni un tiempo de respuesta. Somos pocos y preferimos no firmar un número que luego no dependa solo de nosotros. Lo que sí: que quien te conteste sea una persona que conoce la aplicación por dentro.
- Qué ley se aplica
- La española. Para cualquier discrepancia, los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona.
