FicharPyme is a Spanish service for Spanish employment law. We work in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque and English.
The process is always personal and direct, small business to small business: no automation and no artificial intelligence in how we deal with you.
There are few of us, so the person answering you is one of the people who built this. Slow to scale and very quick to sort things out.
What happens next
What sits between writing to us and paying.

You write to us
And you tell us about your business: how many of you there are, whether you have several workplaces, whether there are shifts and which collective agreement applies. That is enough for us to know whether we are useful to you.
2.
We answer you ourselves
Not a form and not an assistant. If we have questions we ask them; and if we think this is not for you, we say that too.
3.
We give you access to try it
With your own company inside it, not a fake demo. No card and no countdown.
4.
And if it convinces you, an invoice
€200 + VAT a year, issued by Higaltor Technics. Not before, and not halfway.
Need something that is not there? Tell us. If it is useful to everyone, we build it. If it is only useful to you, we will see what can be done.
Who we are
Higaltor Technics is a small business like yours.
We needed to record our own people's working time, and we needed to be sure we were doing it properly: that it met the law, and that it was genuinely practical day to day — for whoever clocks in, for whoever runs a shift, and for whoever has to answer if an inspection turns up—.
We looked at what was out there and decided to build it ourselves. It worked so well that we opened it up to everyone else.
- That is why it costs little and why we do not charge per person. We are not funding a round: we are sharing a tool we already had.
- That is why it has what is needed and not two hundred features nobody uses. We know which ones because we need them ourselves.
- And that is why we deal with you directly. There are few of us and we would rather talk to you.
Write to us
What to tell us in your first email.
It does not need to be long. These four things are enough for us to know whether we are useful to you, and they save you three emails back and forth.
- How many of you there are
- Roughly is fine. It is what tells us whether this fits you.
- Whether you have several workplaces
- It changes the public holidays and who is responsible for whom.
- Whether there are shifts
- And whether somebody organises other people's days, or everyone runs their own.
- Which collective agreement applies
- If it has its own working-time rules, better to know sooner than later.
