Prices and terms on this page apply to the Spanish service. FicharPyme implements Spanish employment law and is not designed for other countries.

Plus VAT, and any number of employees. There are no plans, no modules, and no good version and cut-down one. This is it.

The more of you there are, the less it costs per head.
It is the opposite of how this is normally charged. And it is not generosity: we do not charge per person because we have not added complexity to charge for. Hiring someone costs us nothing, so it costs you nothing either.
You can do the sums yourself: it is €200 split between however many of you there are. That is the full extent of our pricing model.

What is included
Everything. Which is what «one price» means.
- Every feature
- The ones for whoever clocks in, whoever runs a shift, whoever manages it, and the two doors for the Labour Inspectorate and for the workers' representatives. None of them sits behind a higher plan, because there is no higher plan.
- No limit on employees
- Nor on workplaces, contracts, corrections or reports.
- All four languages
- Spanish, Catalan, Galician and Basque inside the application, and each person picks their own.
- Whatever we improve
- No versions sold separately. What we add, you have.
- Your own database
- Not a column telling you apart inside a table shared with other companies.
- A person answering you
- You write and we answer. There are few of us, so we will not promise you a response time in writing that would not be entirely up to us.
How you pay
Once a year, and we tell you why.
Annual payment only
And the reason is mundane: twelve receipts a year cost money to handle, for us and for your accountant. Charging once saves both of us that work, which is why the price is what it is. We would rather explain it than dress it up as «save 20% by paying annually».
With an invoice, like everything else
Issued by Higaltor Technics, S.L.U., with its VAT and its number. No subscriptions quietly renewing themselves.
No payment gateway
There is no buy button on this website, and that is deliberate. Signing up starts with a conversation: it is how we find out whether this is actually useful to you.
Two questions you ask us
The two awkward ones, answered.
Are there discounts?
No. Everyone here pays the same, and that includes whoever came first, whoever comes tomorrow and whoever negotiates hardest. There is no rate for people who push.
If you run an accountancy practice or own five companies, tell us and we will talk: there may be a commission for bringing us clients. What will not happen is your clients paying less than ours — or the other way round—. Everyone pays the same and everyone is looked after just as well.
Will the price go up?
Nobody knows the future, and neither do we. We are not going to promise it will never rise, because that would be a promise we could not sign, and this website does not work that way.
What we will say, as plainly as everything else: the spirit of this price is the one you have just read — one price, no per-person cost, no modules— and we will try to keep it for as long as we can. And if it ever has to go up, you will know before you renew, not when you open the invoice.
Before you pay
Try it for as long as you need.
You write to us, you tell us about your business, and we give you access. No card and no countdown: there is no day fifteen when it switches itself off.
A working-time record is only really tested once a full month has gone by — with its public holidays, its sick leave and its month-end—, and a fortnight does not get you there.

The process is always personal and direct, small business to small business: no automation and no artificial intelligence in how we deal with you.
